  • Chop or grate vegetables you'll like to include (I usually use pre-prepared seasonal vegetables already cubed and set aside in the freezer for toddler meals, which saves me even more time)

Carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and peppers are great options to make the quiche flavourful and colourful. For protein you can include minced meat.

  • Stir a large egg into the chopped or grated vegetables in a bowl. Mix well

If you intend to let your toddler have meals or snacks outside, these mini quiches are great to bring along in lunch boxes. They hold up well for hours and is relatively easy to handle for little toddler hands without making too much of a mess.

For excess quiches, you can store them in food storage bags in the refrigerator for next day consumption.
